What is the shipping time on my order?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours during standard business days, Monday through Friday. However, some items may take unto 8-10 business days, which is usually indicated at time of order.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers. You’ll be offered the most efficient carrier for your fulfillment address.
What if I am in between sizes on your size chart or not getting the perfect fit with your standard shirts?
We always recommend reaching out to us, so that we may assist you with the best sizing advice.
What if I receive my gear and it could use a bit of tailoring?
We encourage customers to go to their local tailor if the alterations are minor. If they are not minor, please reach out to our support email so that we may suggest the best options.
